How We Use Information

Pettito uses information to operate the CRM, authenticate users, protect accounts, manage customers and puppies, process product interest and reservations, send customer communications, provide support, analyze CRM usage, attribute leads and product views, deliver notifications, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and meet business or legal obligations.

Product view tracking helps Pettito understand which puppies or products visitors viewed. When available, those views may be linked with WhatConverts lead identifiers and CRM client records so Pettito can follow up on genuine interest.

Internal Analytics and Model Development

Pettito may use messages, calls, call recordings, transcripts, reports, CRM activity, product views, customer records, and puppy/product records for Pettito's own analytics, quality review, automation, product improvement, and internal model training, testing, or evaluation.

Pettito does not sell this information to third parties. These uses are for Pettito's own business operations, reporting, analytics, and service improvement.

Website Tracking, Cookies, and Local Storage

Pettito uses authentication cookies and similar storage to keep CRM users signed in and secure. Public product tracking may use first-party visitor IDs in local storage and session IDs in session storage. Pettito also uses Vercel Analytics to understand site performance and usage, and BotID or similar bot protection to help protect public routes and forms from abuse.

Pettito does not sell personal information. If Google Ads or similar advertising tools are enabled, Pettito may use cookies, tags, or identifiers for ad delivery, conversion measurement, fraud prevention, and related advertising analytics.

Mobile App Privacy

The Pettito CRM mobile app is a work app for Pettito users. The app may store authentication state securely on the device, register push notification tokens, cache data for performance, and request device permissions needed for CRM workflows.

The app may request microphone access for voice calls, notification access for alerts, and photo/video or document picker access when a user chooses to upload product or chat media. Pettito does not use GPS location permission; location fields in the CRM are branch, profile, or customer-provided location details.

Service Providers

Pettito shares information with service providers only as needed to run the CRM, communications, hosting, analytics, support, security, storage, and mobile notification features. These providers may include:

Pettito may also use Google Sheets, Google Cloud Speech, Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, Redis, and hosting infrastructure providers when those services support the CRM.

Retention and Security

Pettito keeps information for as long as needed to operate the CRM, maintain customer and product records, support business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Some records, such as sales, communications, call records, security logs, and support history, may be retained as business records.

Messages, calls, recordings, reports, and CRM activity are stored on Pettito servers or provider infrastructure used to operate Pettito.

Pettito uses safeguards such as HTTPS, account authentication, role-based access, MFA or PIN controls, encrypted integration secrets, hashed public tracking identifiers, and restricted internal service tokens.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications and, where applicable, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To make a privacy request, email support@pettito.app. Pettito may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some requests may be limited by transaction, security, legal, or business record requirements.

Children, Transfers, and Updates

Pettito is not directed to children under 13. Pettito may process information in the United States and other locations where its providers operate.

Pettito may update this Privacy Policy as products, legal requirements, or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
